Running Endurance
The ability to reach your peak performance starts with the foundation of a proper running technique. While there are plenty of running groups and programs that enable you to increase your distance, none of them teach you the mechanics of running. Runners tend to focus on running faster, further, and/or getting fitter vs. improving strength and technique. The pose running technique developed by Dr. Romanov, can help you maximize performance and reduce your risk of injuries regardless of speed or distance.
Central to the pose running technique is maintaining a single position (pose), and leaning forward to initiate forward movement. This distinguishing characteristic allows the runner to use gravity as forward propulsion. Once the technique is mastered, running will feel smoother and easier.
This four-hour running endurance clinic is taught by certified running coach Paul DeAngelis who is an expert strength and conditioning coach for endurance athletes. Running is a skill that can be learned and improved on if you learn to do it right. Learn efficient methods of running at this clinic and run better, faster and with less injuries.
The clinic includes:
- video analysis, both before and after
