Group Training
At Total Balance we offer one-on-one private training and small group training. Our group classes have skill level requirements to ensure quality and safety while maximizing results. The way you get started will ultimately depend on your personal goals and your current level of fitness. There are two routes of admission to our group classes: personal training and the Foundations to Total Training class.
Foundations to Total Training
Our Foundations class is designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our ongoing group classes. In this class we will expose you to our movement curriculum in a group format. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. If you are unsure as to whether you are a good candidate for beginning in a class setting, please contact us. We will limit this class to 10 participants only. Refer to the Pre-registered Classes page under the Schedule tab for dates and times of the next session. The cost is $79 +GST.
Total Training
Following your private training series or our Foundations class, you may join our Total Training, group strength and conditioning classes. These classes run for 60 minutes and consist of a dynamic warm-up, skill review, the Workout (WOD), and conclude with some stretching and/or additional work as time permits.
